Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Atlas Web for any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our services.
Services Provided
Atlas Web provides custom web design and development services. The specific deliverables, scope, and timeline for each project are agreed upon in writing before work begins. We do not build e-commerce stores, and we do not edit or patch existing websites — every project is a full custom build from scratch.
Payment Terms
A deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before the finished site is handed over or made live. All prices are agreed in writing prior to commencement. Late payment may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is settled.
No Refund Policy
All payments — including deposits — are strictly non-refundable. Because every project involves significant time, creative work, and resources from the moment it begins, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once work has commenced. If you choose to cancel a project mid-way, you remain responsible for payment of all work completed up to that point. No exceptions. By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Revisions
Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions as standard. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the initial design. Additional revisions beyond the included 2 rounds may be quoted and charged separately. Revisions are limited to adjustments within the agreed scope — they do not include new features or significant redesigns.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing all required content — including text, images, logos, and branding — in a timely manner. Delays caused by late or missing content are not the responsibility of Atlas Web and may push back your delivery date. You also confirm that any content you supply does not infringe on third-party copyrights or rights.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon receipt of full and final payment, you own all rights to the custom deliverables created for your project. Before full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of Atlas Web. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.
Post-Launch Support
Every project includes 1 week of post-launch support at no extra cost. During this period we will address bugs, browser issues, or display problems caused by our build. Support does not cover new feature requests, content changes, or issues caused by third-party services. After the 1-week window, ongoing support is available through our Monthly Care plan.
Limitation of Liability
Atlas Web is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the websites we build. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, or revenue results from any website we build.
Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If you cancel, payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date, and your deposit is non-refundable. If Atlas Web terminates a project due to unreasonable client behaviour, payment is still due for all completed work.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Atlas Web operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal action is taken.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to use our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
