Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Atlas Web website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Atlas Web provides web design, development, and related digital services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are agreed upon in writing before work begins. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement. A deposit may be required to begin work. Final payment is due upon project completion and before the live site is handed over. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions
Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions as standard. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the initial design. Additional revision rounds beyond the included 2 may be charged at an hourly rate.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you own all rights to the final deliverables created specifically for your project. Atlas Web retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate content, images, and information required for the project in a timely manner. Delays caused by late content provision may impact delivery timelines and are not the responsibility of Atlas Web.
Limitation of Liability
Atlas Web shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable.
Changes to Terms
Atlas Web reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
